Before any player can take the field at practice, they must comply with the following instructions:


1. All club members/players must fill out the Virginia Tech Recreational Sports Club online Code of Conduct/Assumption of Risk Form
2. All club members/players must print out and sign the Virginia Tech Rugby Club's own Code of Conduct and bring this to the first practice session.
3. All club members/players must fill out a player information sheet and bring it to the first practice session.
 

Before any player can play in a competitive game for Virginia Tech they must comply with the following instructions:

DO NOT REGISTER UNTIL AFTER 31st AUGUST 2011
1. All club members/players must have registered with USA Rugby and be fully CIPP compliant. And hand in the completed USA Rugby participation and medical waiver agreement to a club officer. 
2. All club members/players must have paid their club dues for that semester.
